To live consciously means becoming emotionally aware, self reflective, introspective and developing inner intelligence. When we live consciously – we process our feelings. If we are aware of our emotions we live a less stressful life.

The journey of conscious evolution cultivates an awareness of your internal life of feelings and emotions. Feelings are the fundamental way in which you make sense of the world. They mobilize you to act on your own behalf and to pursue your pure potential to live your best life. When you do not know what you feel, you go through life without an emotional compass.

To ignore your feelings and avoid becoming emotionally attuned means you lose all of the valuable information feelings provide. Feelings and desire no longer mobilize your actions, instead anxiety, fear and stress do.

We live in a fast moving and at times even overwhelming world. We are all impacted by it regardless of whether we actively participate in the ‘race’ or are indirectly affected by it. In order to cope with modern life you will begin to operate from a place within yourself of total imbalance unless you choose to live consciously.

A state of inner imbalance leads to all kinds of suffering:

  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Panic attacks
  • Depression
  • Low self confidence
  • Eating disorders
  • Emotional eating
  • Constant Worrying
  • Fear
  • Exhaustion
  • Despair
  • Physical illness
  • Failed relationships
  • Substance abuse
